The Britax DualFix 5Z is the perfect follow-on car seat to use after an infant carrier. Easily clicked onto the Britax Vario 5Z ISOFIX Base (sold separately), this seat provides superior protection and cosy comfort for many journeys to come, until your child is four years old. Thanks to the 360° rotation of the Vario 5Z Base, the seat can be used rear-facing and forward-facing, making it easy to get your infant in and out of the car, even in the tightest of parking spots.

Extra safe 5-point harness
Protect your child from serious injury by choosing a car seat with a 5-point safety harness. In the event of a collision, the harness distributes the force of the impact across all five points - the shoulders, hips and between the legs - to the seat's protective shell. Your little one's movements are reduced thanks to the soft performance chest pads. These pads offer more comfort to the secure 5-point harness, and for those inevitable messy moments, they can even be removed for washing.

Britax Vario 5Z ISOFIX Base 
The Britax Vario 5Z ISOFIX Base is a rotatable modular base which is compatible with four different Britax car seats and offers you years of safety for your little one. As a modular system it comprises of one base, two car seats, four years of safe travel. DualFix 5Z can be installed on the base with just one click. The rotating feature allows you to turn the seat towards the car door, making it easy to place and harness your child. Additionally, the DualFix 5Z seat can be turned 360 degrees, allowing forward-facing travel when your child exceeds 15 months and 76cm.
